上面発酵ビール、いわゆるエールビールの中に
ベルジャン・ホワイトと言うスタイルのビールがあります。
ベルジャンなのでベルギースタイルの白ビールと言うわけです。
有名なドイツの白ビールにヴァイツェンがあります。
ともに小麦麦芽を原料に使用していますが、
ベルジャンは、発芽していない小麦も原料になります。
小麦と酵母の影響で白濁しており、
この白濁がホワイトと言われる所以だそうです。
そしてコリアンダーやオレンジピールをフレーバーとして使っているのも特徴です。
花鳥使では

ベェデット（ベルギー）
ブルームーン（アメリカ）
の3銘柄を取り揃えています。
フルーティーかつスパイシーで
清涼感にあふれたビールです。
お飲みの際は、最後に瓶の底に残った澱を振ってグラスに注ぐと
独特の香りをお楽しみいただけます。
